La Reserva is developed on a complete hectare (10,000 m2 or 107,639 ft2), of which just about 20% is covered by the apartments themselves. That allowed La Reserva to design the apartments around a 4,000 m2 private park while leaving green spaces on all other sides of the apartments too.
With a team of true professionals in architecture, interior design, and sustainability they set out on an ambitious design mission. Carefully selecting the elements that together provide a healthy and inspiring lifestyle within a sustainable environment. That is their definition of luxury living.
Low Density: With 42 apartments on an entire block of 10,000m2, only 21% of the land is built by the apartments. La Reserva also doesn’t have direct neighboring developments.
Privacy: 45 meters in between buildings and 12 meters from the road.
Lower Maintenance Costs: More space means more trees. Their shade will keep your apartment cool and your energy cost low.
Unique design: This is where luxury meets playful. Double height living rooms, mezzanines, large gardens, rooftop pools, outdoor kitchens, and floor to ceiling windows that always have a green view. All 10 floorplans are spaciously laid out and each with its own unique features.
Amenities: Right outside the comfort of your apartment you find 4,000 m2 of private park, with all the facilities to unwind from the demanding city life. Rest, nurture, meditate, exercise, read and interact.

Sustainability: Together with Ron de Gruyter (former Director of Regen Villages NL), Co-Lab Design Office, and energy partners Tesla and Solarfuel, the ambition is to create the first Net Zero Development of Tulum.
Through various passive design practices and collective Solar PV plants, La Reserva will be able to produce the energy needed for all its apartments.
